LJUBLJANA

11 September - 13 September 2018

54 participants, 11 European countries.

It was the fourth event of the project Message to Europeans 3.0!!

Main actors: The Student Leaders, International, and Slovenian participants.

Goal: explore the causes of the rising populist backlash via three British Parliamentary Debates on the topic:

This generation believes the rise of the populist and eurosceptic parties is caused by ...

Debate 1: ... the economic crisis.

Debate 2: ... the impunity or lack of accountability of the ruling establishment.

Debate 3: ... the lack of vision of political parties from all sides to propose new political ideals.

My experience in Ljubljana was great, I enjoyed everything we did, because I believe the young generation has to cooperate in order to make the EU a better place to live in. I hope there will be more chances to talk about the future of Europe together.

For me, it was a wonderful experience to meet new people that care for the same topics as me and his desire for learning new things. It was also very enriching because it gave me the chance to try a new way of debating as well as empire my knowledge on the topic.
